Any Premo item can be refunded if it is returned unused and unopened within 30 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot accept returns on opened or used products, and do not offer exchanges online.
For returned items, shipping costs are paid for by the customer and non-refundable.
To process your refund and facilitate shipping it back to our dispatch centre, please contact mates@premo.skin and include your order number, product details and customer name in your email.
We will notify you once your return has been processed and approved. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please use a tracked service to return the goods as all transport liability is borne by the sender.
